GROWING IN GRACE 

                 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.                                             Psalm 107:1

NOVEMBER 2023

                                          November was our month for Thanksgiving.                                                                          Our stories and activities focused mainly on how we can show thankfulness for all our blessings.

           

           Jesus heals the men with leprosy. One came back to say Thank You!

                     Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise.                                          Be thankful and bless His name.

                                                                

                                              We are counting our blessings.

Hallelujah!

We finished the month of November with the Donut Story.

We'd all love to have a nice big, sweet roll but sometimes we can't have it all, or get everything we want. God gives us what we need. It may seem like a donut with stuff missing in the middle. 

 We learned not to always look at what is missing but to be grateful for the blessings we have received.

So we used a big donut and the children picked pictures from a bucket and place them on the donut ring.

We are thankful for these sweet babies in the Nursery Room

 The Toddler girls loved picking pictures out of the orange bucket!

The other classes took turns adding pictures too.

The Fours class finished the month.

Everyone loves donuts now!

We will be entering into the Christmas Season and will be learning new songs and

creating some special holiday crafts. See you all next time.
