GROWING IN GRACE 

JANUARY 2019

"When Jesus was a little boy, he liked to run and play,

 he went to school and help at home a happy boy all day!" 

This week  our Bible story was about when Jesus was a young boy, and he stayed behind in Jerusalem. His family found him three days later teaching in the temple. 

 The Little ones enjoyed "all" the parts of the story

The Toddlers fingerprinted their rulers.

 
Our students are growing in wisdom and stature

                                    

                                              The toddlers really measure up, and it's pretty big stuff!

 

The two's class went on a hunt to find Jesus he was in the temple with the teachers.

On Thursday the three's class went with Mary & Joseph on a hunt

for Jesus and found him reading from a scroll in the temple with the priests and teachers.

We found Jesus in the temple reading from a scroll.

           
                                         

Snow Day! The school age class was able to join us for Growing in Grace on Friday.

"Blessed is every one who fears the Lord, and who walks in his ways."

Psalm 128:1

GROWING IN GRACE 

JANUARY 2018

Hello friends & families,
This week we began with the Bible story "Blessings for the Baby." The best place to start with any baby story is in the Nursery and Toddler classrooms. On Monday and Tuesday the little ones enjoyed our Bible story, as well as "Luca" the kola bear, and moving to the music. Here they are:

Here are the boys from the Two's class making their lanterns to let their light shine

                     

The sunshine was shining in the windows as we were letting our lights shine for Jesus.  

This Little Light of Mine I'm going to let it shine!

The Three's class made Beautiful Lanterns!

  On Friday the 4's class sang and made lanterns too. They were eager to decorate their lanterns some with pictures of Jesus in the manger. Check their handy work.
