Pumpkin patch parable

October 28-31,  2019

                     This week in Growing in Grace we took 

   a break from our Bible Alphabet, and 

       read the story of the Pumpkin Patch Parable. 

Carving the class room pumpkin to match the 

           Pumpkin Prayer. Please take"peek" into our pumpkin patch.😊

Two Little pumpkins Lucas & Leah from our Nursery class thought the book was great story!

Our Pumpkin Prayer

As we carve our Pumpkin help us say this prayer

Open our eyes to see God's love,

Forgive us for not being thankful for all  Jesus 

has done for us.

Open our ears to hear God's Word

Open our mouths to speak your words of love 

to others.

Let your light shine in all I say and do! AMEN

Our story last week is about Jesus choosing his disciples.

There were 12 disciples Jesus called to help him. He has called us too, we are his disciples; I am one are you?

                                  Lily, Story, and Leona help set up the disciples used in our story.
