GROWING IN GRACE 

OCTOBER 2023 

             Putting on the Armor of God is the theme for our October stories in chapel.    Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against evil"....Ephesians 6:10-17                                                                     

Our stories for the month included the Wise man and the Foolish man. Then putting on our "Good News Shoes" by becoming followers of Jesus. We had the story of Paul and Silas in prison but their faith in God gave them strength.   We continued to add pieces to our suits of armor as you have discovered. We completed our Armor with the helmet of Salvation and the story of Nicodemus.        The wise man built his house upon the rocks it stood firm in the storms.                                                But the house on the sand fell flat!

                            This is the wiseman!                        I think this is a foolish man.

We finish the month of September with stories about 

the Good Shepherd and Jesus is the Light shining in our hearts.
