GROWING IN GRACE 

MAY 2021

This week at Chapel Time our story focus on Jesus's return to Heaven. Jesus had been with his disciples and followers for forty days after his resurrection on Easter morning. Now the time had come for him to return to his heavenly home. All the children liked adding the clouds to help tell the story.  Take a look:

               Ellie, Georgie, and Brynlee loved helping to put the story figures on the flannel board.

THE FOUR'S CLASS

TODDLER CLASS

The Toddlers are singing "Jesus Loves the Little Ones Like Me" 

                                     

It's Story Time for the Toddler Class, they were great listeners and story helpers.

                             

                        Elouise is adding some clouds to the story board.                           

                         

                         Avery, Alayna, and Sawyer added more clouds too.

TWO'S CLASS

Then it was time for the Two's class to have GIG

take a look at their time.

We need to find just the right spot for these clouds

Lucas, Ethan Z., Rowan, and Wells all place their cloud -"Just Right"

Ethan W.,  Sophie,  Georgia  and Matai carefully look for the right spot .

He was taken up to heaven and he sat the right hand of God. Mark 16:19

While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven. Luke 24:51

He was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight. Acts 1:9

Now we are waiting for the coming of the Holy Spirit, but that's another story!

Fruit of the Spirit May

FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT 

MAY 2021

 We are on the final Fruit of the Spirit which is self-control. 

God gave us the ten commandments, so we could learn about self-control.

Take a look at our story of Moses and those Ten Commandments.
