ABC's of the Bible

This Week in chapel we are on the Letter "B" for BIBLE.

Take a look at Monday with the Two's class.

We looked at many different Bible Books and then

we did  Bible sewing cards too.

The B-I-B-L-E   Yes that's the book for me!

The toddler class liked looking a all the 
different Bibles

Here are the Three's class reading the Bible Books

 Lily, Ari,Kate and Lucy worked hard on their sewing cards.

The Three's & Four's classes had a special treat.

Edible Bible cookies. YUM!

Thursday was the Four's day for Growing in Grace

Have a peek into their day 😇

Harper, Sadie enjoyed,reading Bible stories from their books

Marcus found the word "Bible" on his book. 

Lucy found the story  we  read from last week in the Bible.

Everyone was excited to share the stories they found in their Bibles.

Time to try doing the Bible sewing cards.

 September 16, 2019

This  week in Growing in Grace we are starting the A, B, C's of the Bible. Our first letter is A and the story is about ADAM the first man.  God made Adam and his wife Eve and gave them the beautiful  Garden of Eden as place to live. The children help tell the story as we made our own Garden of Eden for Adam and Eve. Have a look at our chapel sessions for this week.

TUESDAY September 17,  2019
On Tuesday I spent Growing in Grace in the Nursery
Leah & Bennett enjoyed the story of Adam and Eve. Anna and Caroline liked playing with the wooden figures Adam.

               WEDNESDAY September 18
On Wednesday morning I visited the Toddler room and shared the story of the first man "Adam" with the children.

Sophie, Rowan & Ethan listened very well.

God made Adam special! Look who else God made special it's Pema!                                                                 Beckett A. gives Leo a big hug.

                              

 Beckett L. and Alex are waiting to look at the story book.

 Also later on WEDNESDAY morning the Three's class came 

to join me for their chapel time. Have a peek.

Kate, Lilly, Graham, and Isaac help make the Garden of Eden by gluing their

pictures to the paper

Ari shows the finished picture that the three's class made. 

Then it was time for praising and singing. 

Everyone was singing "This Little Light of Mine" holding up their lights to shine for Jesus.

              THURSDAY September 19, 2019

 Today was the Fours class who came to Growing in Grace

They were super listeners and eager to help make a beautiful garden for Adam & Eve.

Take a look at our time together on this morning.

 Sawyer, Lucy, Aiden, Harper, and Campbell are choosing pictures to make the Garden of Eden for Adam and Eve.

Blu chose a dolphin.

Everyone was excited to select pictures for our mural 

           

                                       

                   After selecting it was time for gluing. 

Great Work Everyone!

We finished our chapel time with singing.

This Little Light of Mine I'm Going to Let it Shine !
